前期主要是通过落实诸如出入境通行证、住宿登记、居留许可等过硬的拳头产品与用户建立强大的粘性，并在此基础上不断丰富服务功能的种类及质量，以期最终成为入境人士“一站式移动服务平台”&入境人士通行中国必需人手一本的“百科全书”。
